Seashore Drive is Matt Stokke and Dan Head, two songwriter-musicians from Newport Beach, California. Friends since elementary school, they grew up near the beach and developed a mutual interest in music. After singing in prestigious choirs, they soon picked up the guitar and started listening to their parents’ old Beatles records. It was from that foundation that they began writing their own songs and formed a band in high school.

Their friendship and music connection only grew from then on, as they both attended Northwestern University in Chicago. There, they formed a rock band writing songs in English and Spanish. They played in renowned clubs throughout downtown Chicago and held a residency at the legendary Bills Blues Bar in Evanston, Illinois.

The blue hues of the Pacific would lure them back to Orange County where both of them now have careers in business and law. When they’re not working, they continue to play in bands, write songs, perform, and record in studio. Their decades of playing together gives them the unique flexibility to quickly tailor their sets to make your event shine.
